Absolutely terrible phone service. Requested a repair on behalf of company and when I advised of the invoice details i was told very abruptly that it is cash or cheque only upon completion and then the very unpersonable 'gentleman' on the phone hung up on me. Great way to get business! I shall never be using this company.
