This shop is a disgrace AVOID!

This shop is a disgrace AVOID! I WISH I COULD RATE IT -100 My sister had been saving for a bike with their christmas savings club and completed payments at the beginning on November and was expecting the bike before Christmas. She contacted them this week enquiring about her order and they said they didn't know and the bike was out of stock and that it would be unlikely she would get it before christmas. The staff treated her very badly, the man serving in the shop was patronising, unhelpful and had a bad attitude. Today she went to see the manager to ask for all her money back because there was no guarantee of her bike arriving before christmas even though she ordered it months ago and because of how badly she was treated. The manager wouldn't see her, he spoke to her on the phone saying she cant have her money back even though she signed no sort of contract. He continued to say the bike was out of stock but had been ordered so that meant she could not have her money back..his exact words were "well, it's just tough!" She is extremely upset and is taking it further in the small claims court. AVOID THIS SHOP, THEY ARE DISGRACE WITH HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
