Two Wheel City

Going to two wheel city to buy a moped or to have a one repaired is the worst decision you will ever make. They are quick off the mark to offer you good customer service when it come to buying anything from them, however their after sales service is about as bad as finding out you have less 30 minutes left to live. They will take weeks if not months to repair something for you, with parts they salvage from god knows where which they charge you above retail price for and even then only expect to get about 10 miles away before you break down again then expect to pay £25 for them to come and pick you up even though it was their shoddy workman ship which got you in this mess in the first place. The owner of the store Mr Simms could do with customer service training, he would rather tell you to F off than have to offer any kind of customer service. I would not use this business again and the only thing this business can do to make itself better is to close down.
