    I bought my first new bike in 25 years from here (Giant SCR3) and followed it up 3 months later with a Claude Butler Urban for commuting. The service I have reveived from day one has been excellent especially putting up with my usual customer queries. At one oint my Urban needed repair for the second time and had to go back toi the manufarcturer, so to ensure that I wasn't without mmy main commute bike, the shop replaced it with a new one and upgraded me to the next model FOC! Jill the manager/owner is very customer focussed.
