Avoid!

My partner took our daughter to try on a dress for the end of school prom and paid a �£20 deposit. This was about three months before the event and owing to being at work I didnt know about it. The following day while they were out shopping I decided to surprise my daughter so I had a little snoop at some of her clothes in her wardrobe so i could get the right size and went out and bought one. When this was complete I rang my partner and told her what I'd done, this was when I found out about the deposit. Oops I just screwed up I guess. So I went down to ask for the deposit back which was refused owing to their terms and conditions( none of which were on any paperwork shown to my partner so it was a post contractual term which contravenes the sale of goods act) The shop assistant, who is actually the owner despite her denials, is possibly the most unhelpful woman I have ever had the misfortune to meet said she would ring me after discussing the matter with the owner. This did not happen. So I rang today and was told the refund would not happen. When I said I would be launching a campaign of negative publicity she said do what the hell you like. So if youre thinking of using this service be very aware that they will rip you off if they can
