  • 5 Superb consultation and cats arent even there yet!

    After ringing numerous catteries and getting quite fed up of staff attitude, sloppiness and not really caring much at all, i rang home from home. I was put at ease completely, they seemed genuinely interested in my cats and took alot of details from me which i would expect from a professional business. They sent confirmation and reasured that not only would they be looked after but would also be an enjoyable experience for them (cat run, iglo, good food, heated pads, regular grooming etc) I am now comfortable leaving my cats in their care whilst i am on holiday!
