• Servisair Ltd Passenger deception

  My wife, daughter and I flew to Funchal (XLA 4024,20/9/04) We had prebooked seats row 20. Minutes prior to departure I was called to the reception desk to be told our seats were changed to row 1. "I don't want row 1-Bulkhead." "They aren't sir" "I don't wish to sit looking at a wall for 3hours" "You won't be, they are seats with extra legroom sir" SHE LIED!! They were bulkhead, we looked at a wall throughout the flight...there was no extra legroom. I found out from the Stewardess that Servis air had made the change to accommodate a wheelchair passenger....why didn't they explain that to me at the gate? Moral- do not trust Servisair agents at departure gates..they are devious, secretive and lie to customers to make their lives easier! <P></P> <P>
