Absolutely rubbish company

I tried to contact Heaton Glaziers 10 times by phone and did not manage to get through to anyone despite leaving messages. In frustration I decided to visit their shop in Heaton. The first two times the shop was closed and locked with no sign of opening hours. On my third attempt I managed to drop two templates off to them and they gave me a budget quote of �£90. It was agreed that the double glazed units would take about 7 to 10 days to manufacture. 10 days passed and no communication was received. Another five phone messages were left and I am still awaiting someone to have the courtesy to ring me back. It is now six weeks since dropping of the template and not a word has been heard from Heaton Glaziers. The Project went to another firm who responded immediately produced the double glazed units in 5 days and were a third of the cost. I would never recommend Heaton Glaziers to anyone. They are absolute rubbish!!!

No show! No answer and just absolutely terrible service! I would love to review their work, unfortunately they didnt attend to complete it!
