• Web promotion helped treble our sales

  Cinderella Shoes was founded in 2001, a company dedicated to providing footwear to the woman who wears a size 8 or over. As a niche product provider, e-retail coupled with traditional store retail was the direction on which we focused our business. Our first website went live and we spent months tweaking design & overall presentation alongside a lot hours and euros of submissions. Our marketing consultants had a lot of success with off-line public relations which also gave us great exposure for our website, which was steadily growing each season. We knew we could continue to grow our business organically, but we also knew that with the right SEO we could grow our business substantially faster. Between 2001 & 2005 we spoke to various companies without success, but it was not until early 2006 that we were introduced to Steve & Widescope Web Design. From the first meeting, I felt confident that we had at last found the missing piece of our e-retail business. In May of last year Widescope began to work with us and the first 6 months was generally focused on improving and optimizing what we had in place. At the beginning of this year, we put together a plan to increase our online visibility with Widescope launching various campaigns for Cinderella Shoes across the major search engines. Today, only 10 months on Widescope have made a huge difference to our business, with sales increasing monthly and higher targets set for 2007! Also, from the beginning everything was explained in a language we all understand, and we receive reports on an ongoing basis, detailing all work in progress. For any existing company or in the process of setting up an e-retail business, if you want serious exposure online I would highly recommend a meeting with Widescope.
