  We are a family of 4 living in Canada, originally from Newcastle. The house was everything we had hoped, a home from home over Christmas. We entertained our family (still in and around Newcastle) with ease. The house was very well equipped and appointed, very clean and comfortable. Given the distance that this was arranged the owner / agency could not have been more helpful and flexible. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel very much at home. We would recommend this house to anyone.

• Excellent Service

  I arrived with a night plane to Newcastle. Already being midnight Vivien still gave me a heartly welcome and the fridge contained the survival package for my first breakfast. The apartment was fully equipped and much nicer than staying in a hotel room. For everyone looking for an alternative to a hotel room, Properties Unique is the answer.

  Fabulous accommodation, service is exceptional. A home from home experience that can not be matched. Would highly recommend it to anyone having to work away from home. Much better than staying in a hotel room.

• Christmas Place, Gateshead

  We stayed in the new development at Christmas Place for the weekend of the Great North Run. It was centrally located for Newcastle or Gateshead and access will be even better once the new path to the quayside is opened. The house had everything we needed, was in the latest design and tastefully decorated with lots of pictures making it feel like home from home. We had a very warm welcome by Mrs Vivien Lee who was very flexible about our late arrival in meeting us a the property and showing us around. Her hospitality was second to none. If we come back to Newcastle I would definitely consider booking a house or apartment from Properties Unique.

  We booked and stayed only for a few days on a business trip in September.

  From arrival, Vivien exceeded all expectations with her service and assistance. Picked us up at the station, arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off as well when we departed.

  No request was too much for Vivien and her team.

  Only thing preventing a 10/10 review for us was a few noisy neighbours !

  The apartment was good - all in, you can trust Vivien to deliver the goods !

  I have recently finished a 3 month secondment with work based in Newcastle. I was given Properties Unique details by a work colleague who advised of their professionalism. During my stay I cannot fault the service I was given by PU, especially Vivien. She made me feel welcome from the start and couldn't do enough to help me settle in. Any issue that occured with the new build apartment was resolved swiftly and followed up by Vivien. The apartment and the maintenance of it is also faultless. Extremely convenient for my work and access to the city. Many thanks to Viv and her family for making me feel welcome in Newcastle.

  This aparttment was perfect in every respect. Immaculate, tastefully furnished, excellent location.A short drive to the city but the metro also next door.....only a few minutes to "downtown".....ideal on "match day". Some great takeaways in the area.

• Excellent accomdation and service

  The perfect alternative to a hotel - our apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was new,luxurious,bright, and spacious - a much better than a hotel room when travelling with a child and his toys! I recommend Viv and her team for great properties in great locations, which come with a professional service to match. Thank-you!
