Been going there for years

The staff is friendly and competent. The location is convenient and they always have loads of up to date magazines so that you can relax!

Unprofessional service, in my opinion.

I went for a full head colour but it was poor quality and they didn’t blow dry or brush my hair afterwards. This was in the middle of winter! When I complained about the service the owner said they didn’t have time to finish; this was despite my booking in advance. I was just expected to leave with wet and unkept hair. What was most shocking was the attitude. She said I didn’t have to pay, but she just hoped she never saw me again! It’s a good job I didn’t pay: the tint was a cheap, poor quality product, which has damaged my hair. Go there at your own risk.
