We've recently opened as a private company which is offering quality, professional 1-1 counselling for anyone over 16yrs who has suffered any form of abuse during childhood, be that emotional/physical/sexual or parental abuse and anyone else who has suffered due to the abuse of others such as family, friends or colleagues.We also offer a quality bereavement counselling service by Qualified and experienced Bereavement Counsellors and have expanded our remit to offer a range of counselling - all delivered by FULLY QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED AND INSURED COUNSELLORS/THERAPISTS - we do not use counselling students as the areas we deal with require a particular experience and training as well as the natural qualities shown by natural CounsellorsWE OPERATE A NO WAITING LIST POLICY and this is so important as if someone is in crisis it is our belief that they need to see a Counsellor/Therapist NOW and not after many months on a waiting list as is the case with many charities and organisations offering 'free counselling' but then attempting to emotionally blackmail clients by pressing the need for 'donations'Our charges are available on application and clients therefore know exactly what they will pay and this takes away any unnecessary emotional pressure at what can be a particularly stressful time - honesty and transparency are words we live by at ASCA Counselling & Therapy Services LtdWe're running a competition on our website www.ascacounsellingandtherapyservices.co.uk where anyone affected by abuse can write a short story or poem and has the chance to win cash prizes - why not have a look and if you know someone who has suffered childhood abuse, domestic violence, bereavement, relationship problems, psychosexual issues etc then show them where they can contact a high quality service with caring, sensible Counsellors/Therapists??
