• Efficiency & professionalism

  Having spent hours researching various security companies to provide their services to several regional offices, I was advised to check out 'The NESIS Group' and whilst their website was 'under construction, I placed a call to the companies 'operations centre' which was only a short walk from my office in Newcastle and I was invited to check the company out first hand. So I took a couple hours out of my day to pay an 'unannounced visit'. Whilst i was hoping to catch the company off-guard, I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of the staff, immediately upon my arrival. I was met by a guy called James, in the reception area, having managed to work out the 'airlock' entry system, who apologised that there was actually nobody available to speak to me immediately but I was welcome to wait with a coffee. No sooner had I sat down to drink my coffee, the casually dressed executive, who walked in, introduced himself as Paul, one of the Executive Directors and I was invited into a small interview room to discuss my requirements. The was no suggestion that this company could not fullfil what they claimed in their PR literature and video and I actually walked out having signed a provisional contract for 3 months for 24hr security services at 6 of our North East offices. Three years later, I am pleased to say, we still retain the NESIS Group for ALL our security requirements

• Excellent Response

  Well not many companies would expect their Operations Director to turn out to an incident in the early hours of the morning. Yet this is exactly what The NESIS Group did. For some reason, whilst their Response Team attended our Alarm Activation and disturbed intruders, as per our contract, a senior Manager was deployed. What a surprise to see that Mr Dempsey, the Group Operations Director of The NESIS Group actually attended, having been called at home. Mr Dempsey ensured our premises were secured and provided additional security cover until our insurers could authorise repairs to the considerable damage caused

• Service Above & Beyond

  What a very professional & First Class service this company has provided both my company directly and also myself, on a number of occassions. They are always available to offer assistance when the need arises. Recently, whilst on holiday, I contacted the company and requested they attend my home address, as my monitoring company reported my alarm system had been activated. The NESIS Group deployed officers immediately which resulted in the arrest of 3 intruders and the recover of property.

• Professional Service

  Having contacted a number of different companies, late at night requiring security cover, I was fortunate to find that The NESIS Group where able to provide immediate cover. Furthermore, I was impressed that the Operations Director also attended our premises and provided additional cover at a very stressful time. As a result, I have now engaged The NESIS Group Ltd to provide full security cover for both our premises.
