shoddy work, useless product

since having the work done to my roof two weeks ago, the coating is washing off more and more every time it rains. I've now heard of the rogue traders report that stated the product offers no benefit whatsoever and is a waste of money.

shoddy work, poor customer service

coating started to wash off my roof after a week. still waiting for them to come back and redo it but have no faith whatsoever in their work or the 10 year guarantee that I haven't received yet. the real kicker was that today they sent a saleman round to ask if I wanted them to coat my walls!!! I asked the guy if he had actually looked at my roof and he said 'no' told him if he did take a look then he'd know my answer to the wall coating - not even if you did it for free!!!!!
