I have to admit I have never written a review before untill now, I would firstly like to thank all the staff that work here as they are exceptional ! I havent been to a dentist in over 13years as i was extremely nervous and I knew I needed alot of work doing as i neglected myself so much. When i went to Simpson and Nisbet (which i was recommended by a friend) i felt so embarrassed and nervous but those feelings I had quickly dissapeared. I have to say the way they treat me and helped me sort out my problems, not only with work I needed but also my fear of the "dentist" was Fabulous! its nice going somewhere and they actually listen to you and what I wanted. It has taken me over 4 months of work but now im so happy with the quality and the level of customer service they have provided. I have to say I would definately recommend them and now I take my whole family along. Thank you very much guys, if you read this you have made one womans self confidence soar !!!
