I counsel for a range of issues including: * Stress and anxiety * Loss and bereavement * Depression including post-natal depression * Lack of confidence and self-esteem * Problems at work or at home * Workplace stress * Family and relationship issues * Panic attacks * Anger management * Pet loss There are also many other reasons why people come for counselling. I believe that any thing that is worrying you is worth talking about especially if it is stopping you from getting on with your life. I offer one-to-one counselling for adults and young people over the age of 16 years Many of my clients refer themselves for counselling. I also provide a counselling service for employees through time-limited corporate work. Some clients are referred through various organisations who use my counselling service. I welcome all enquiries from schools and businesses that wish to make counselling available to their employees. As well as counselling I offer mentoring for those interested in making a change in a particular area of their life e.g. moving into employment education or enterprise.
