we stored here while moving back to the north east from scotland, the manager has worked for some of the "larger" storage companies, so he knows what works and how much you really should be pating, we reserved over the phone and moved in the following week. we liked the in door loading area with the trolly's and because its all on one level the was next to no heavy lifting required. overall i would definatly recommend these people over the big companies as you get the same amount of space for less and the guy can't help you enough!!
