Avoid at all costs

I have used this company as they have promised to wipe out my credit card debt by upto 80%, but have ignored me most of the time when I want an update, they would not send me a copy of the letters they have sent out. It is now 3 months after originally paying for there service, so I am going to go to my credit card company or Paypal and do a chargeback for not providing services paid for. I am still waiting for an update on my case and the original girl who visited my home called Lisa Bird from Rawtenstall never answers phone or returns calls. Don't pay these types of companies anything, they will promise everything to get your money and they have lied to me at the initial interview.
