• Need a course in customer service!!

  Travelled 3 and a half hours to davenport motors for a car told when got there they had made a mistake and the price was now £300 more than stated on a number of websites including their own. Their attitude was disgusting, rude,and had serious attitude problem and couldnt have cared less about customer service!!! I would not reccomend this garage to anyone. This Garage was nothing but trouble and would avoid avoid avoid!!!!

• superb service great guys

  travelled in december from plymouth to purchase a peugeot 407 from these guys. they collected me from the statipn and had a nice cuppa waiting for me. the car was superb £1500 cheaper than my local garages. i have been reccomended davenport my 2 friends down here that have purchased car from davenport. 10/10

• Bad Service From Davenport Motors

  I bought a car from Davenport Motor Company and within 1 week, the fuel line came away and the car broke down. They towed the car away and fixed it (after telling me I should really be paying for this). A couple of weeks later, the starter motor died. I was also told from the MOT that the parking brake was the only problem, and was told this had been fixed. They lied about this as it has not been fixed, and they keep ignoring my emails, or just repeat some scripted emails about being roadworthy even near the brake limit (which is not my point as they told me the the parking brake had been fixed, but it hasn't and it clunks - and has rolled downhill twice, luckily only short distances and hasn't hurt anyone). Overall, I would not buy another car from this company at all, and would avoid them at all costs.
