Brief business description

Professor Pelicano, as part of Filhos de Bimba, teaches Capoeira, a Brazilian art form combining combat, self defence, music, dance and rhythm. Capoeira can improve posture, energy levels, coordination, balance, agility, fitness, strength and self esteem. Classes are every Mon & Thur at St. Silas Church Communty Hall in Byker, 7-9pm for adults (price �£5.50/�£5) , and Mondays 6-7pm for children (price �£3.50).
