Reiki is a Complimentary Healing Method. At it's basic level it is a system of healing that works by simple placement of the hands & the channelling of energy. You will remain fully clothed, with the exception of footwear. A series of hand positions for this treatment is fully explained prior to begining any treatment. A whole Reiki treatment can usually last around 60mins. I am fully insured & I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation & the Guild of Holistic Therapists.
